1. About this website
LUXSE presents watches and accepts non-binding watch submissions through this website. The website itself does not provide a checkout or payment function.
2. Watch submissions
Submitting a watch does not create an obligation for LUXSE to buy it and does not create a purchase agreement. LUXSE may accept, decline or ask for additional information. Any price shown or discussed before a final agreement is non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Information supplied by sellers
By submitting a watch, you confirm that the information and photos you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to offer the watch. LUXSE may request further information or verification.
4. Purchases through marketplaces
Watches offered for sale by LUXSE are purchased through external marketplaces such as Vinted or Chrono24. The transaction, payment, shipping, buyer protection and dispute process are also subject to the applicable marketplace terms.
5. Product information
LUXSE aims to describe watches accurately. Minor errors may occur. Photos form part of the description. Availability can change and a watch may be removed without notice when sold elsewhere.
6. Intellectual property
The LUXSE name, website design, original text and original photography may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible or relevant watch brands.
7. Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are intended to be governed by Dutch law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

1. Over deze website
LUXSE toont horloges en accepteert via deze website vrijblijvende inzendingen van horloges. De website zelf bevat geen checkout- of betaalfunctie.
2. Horloges insturen
Het insturen van een horloge verplicht LUXSE niet tot aankoop en vormt geen koopovereenkomst. LUXSE kan een aanbod accepteren, afwijzen of om aanvullende informatie vragen. Een genoemde of besproken prijs is niet bindend zolang daarover niet uitdrukkelijk een definitieve afspraak is gemaakt.
3. Informatie van verkopers
Door een horloge in te sturen bevestig je dat de verstrekte informatie en foto’s naar jouw beste weten juist zijn en dat je bevoegd bent het horloge aan te bieden. LUXSE kan aanvullende informatie of verificatie vragen.
4. Aankopen via marktplaatsen
Horloges die LUXSE verkoopt worden gekocht via externe marktplaatsen zoals Vinted of Chrono24. Op de transactie, betaling, verzending, kopersbescherming en geschillenprocedure zijn ook de voorwaarden van de betreffende marktplaats van toepassing.
5. Productinformatie
LUXSE probeert horloges zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te beschrijven. Kleine fouten kunnen voorkomen. Foto’s maken deel uit van de beschrijving. Beschikbaarheid kan wijzigen en een horloge kan zonder voorafgaande melding worden verwijderd wanneer het elders is verkocht.
6. Intellectueel eigendom
De naam LUXSE, het websiteontwerp, originele teksten en originele fotografie mogen niet zonder toestemming worden gekopieerd of commercieel hergebruikt. Merken en logo’s van derden blijven eigendom van hun respectieve rechthebbenden en worden alleen gebruikt om relevante horlogemerken te identificeren.
7. Aansprakelijkheid en recht
Niets in deze voorwaarden sluit rechten of aansprakelijkheid uit die wettelijk niet kunnen worden uitgesloten. Op deze voorwaarden is in beginsel Nederlands recht van toepassing, met behoud van dwingende consumentenbescherming die van toepassing is.
